Mercy Retirement and Care Center is seeking a Receptionist/Concierge to join their team. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion of background check and drug screening
  • Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Takes calls, schedules meetings and appointments, and performs other front desk duties as assigned
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our team
  • Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes)
  • Assist the Marketing Director with inputting admissions, screening and room preparations
  • Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries
  • Maintains office supplies, orders new inventory as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
