About The Position
Ohel is seeking a reliable, personable and well organized individual who has the ability to multi-task in our Outpatient Clinic in Queens. This full time position is available Monday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and is based in Queens.
Requirements
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting and registering clients
- Collecting co-payments
- Inputting psychiatrist schedules
- Using our Electronic Health Record
