About The Position

Hultquist Place Assisted Living is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, and helps ensure the smooth daily operation of the front office. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current students are encouraged to apply
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist residents, visitors, family members, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed
Support front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain resident records, charts, and confidential documentation
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating resident transportation
Perform filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and other clerical duties
Monitor and replenish office supplies
Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
Assist with staffing schedules and administrative projects as assigned
Provide coverage for the Administrative Assistant during absences or as needed
