About The Position
Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is looking for a dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. As the first person customers see and speak with, the receptionist plays an important role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the doors or call the dealership.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
