About The Position

Serve as the initial point of contact for patrons, parents, and others through telephone communications. This role involves managing all telephone communications, sorting and distributing incoming mail, placing long-distance calls for faculty, assisting office staff, taking messages, screening calls, and taking calls for homework to distribute to teachers.

Requirements

  • College hours, high school diploma or GED
  • Professional, friendly, polite demeanor
  • Handle confidential information
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills
