About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Receptionist to join our team! As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Reach out to all opportunities received
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
