Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with a multi-line telephone switchboard is required, preferably in a health care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients.
- Manage a multiline switchboard.
- Assist all visitors as needed.
