This role is ideal for an organized individual with experience in customer service who is passionate about delivering a unique customer experience. The dealership is family-owned and operated for the past 18 years, with significant growth from 1 store to over 40. Responsibilities
- Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departments
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Stock New vehicles into the DMS
- Order supplies for the dealership as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
