About The Position

Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This position is critical to creating a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our dealership. Saturday availability is required. Candidates must be available to work every Saturday as part of their regular schedule.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls efficiently.
  • Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate sales, service, or finance department.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage customer check-ins and visitor logs.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
  • Support dealership events and promotional activities as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
