Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome
  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
  • Assist with filing, light administrative duties, and general office support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Support dealership operations while delivering exceptional customer service
