About The Position

As a receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. You will manage a multi-line telephone system, coordinate visitor access and security procedures, and provide administrative support while delivering professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), general office equipment, and working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Basic administrative, clerical, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, professionally answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Manage the visitor check-in process, including issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, directing visitors, notifying employees of arrivals, and ensuring compliance with company security and safety procedures.
  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Office and Events Team, including data entry, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and support other office communication needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized reception area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support business operations through effective communication and documentation, including communicating irregularities, tracking ongoing needs, and facilitating continuity among work teams.
  • Assist in the execution of special tasks and projects as needed.
