About The Position

As a Receptionist for the Pool at Excalibur, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and team members. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations through professional guest interaction, effective communication, and organizational support, while ensuring all tasks are completed in alignment with departmental guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a receptionist for a pool or similar resort environment preferred
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
  • Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
  • Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinate repairs
  • Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
  • Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
  • Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies, or equipment-related concerns
