Requirements

Experience with email
Experience with calendar management
Experience with answering phones
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers

Manage all phone calls
Greet visitors
Provide community information
Manage resident transportation and outing schedules
Assist residents with all requests
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration
