Receptionist – PRN Be Part of Something Remarkable Do you enjoy staying busy, meeting new people, and having variety in your workday? If so, we’d love to have you join the team at Monarch Landing , a premier senior living community in Naperville. We are seeking a PRN Receptionist to work as needed , providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Responsibilities
- Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
- Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
- Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
- Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
