About The Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Customer service mindset with a courteous and helpful approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the industry of rebar, wire mesh, or other steel products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate contacts or departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects a professional office environment.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document management.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain office calendars and support coordination of internal communications and scheduling.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks and special projects as requested.
