About The Position

Requirements

Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
The ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
The ability to write simple correspondence
Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and general mathematics skills
A positive attitude and professional communication style

Nice To Haves

Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but a passion for learning and excellent customer service are just as important

Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Answering incoming phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate department
Taking messages and providing basic information
Preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed
Helping keep the dealership experience organized, professional, and welcoming
