About The Position

Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Performing administrative and customer service-related tasks including check-in, appointment scheduling, and verifying insurance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to master the office’s software
  • Critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and consistent professional conduct
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical office preferred
  • Strong communicator with a customer service background
