Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Receptionist to their George Petersen Insurance Agency team in Fort Bragg, CA. Job Summary: This position is responsible for receiving visitors, ascertaining their needs and directing them accordingly. Essential Functions: Greet visitors, determine their needs and direct them to the proper person or office. Receive all telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office. Route incoming faxes Take messages for agency personnel. Assist mailroom in opening and sorting mail Pull and distribute documents from carrier websites Process MVRs including confirming requests are complete and maintaining MVR log per agency procedure. Perform other clerical and job-related duties, or special projects, as required. Employees are responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program. The employee is responsible for adherence to the agency procedures and processes.
