Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year of receptionist experience in a retail facility is desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds safely.
  • Ability to adjust vision focus as necessary.
  • Maintain safety when operating equipment and performing duties.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior and follow dealership standards to promote an effective team.
  • Adhere to company policies, state and federal laws, and product guidelines.
  • Provide excellent service with efficiency and fairness.
  • Maintain professionalism and avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Clearly and professionally communicate in all situations.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain accuracy and monitor work for high standards.
  • Be punctual, follow instructions, and respond well to management feedback.
  • Observe procedures and use equipment properly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and answer calls promptly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
  • File receipts and permits accurately to maintain organized records for quick retrieval.
  • Support other employees by sharing knowledge to help improve business operations and customer service.
  • Ensure productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost control standards are met.
  • Guide customers to appropriate departments for assistance.
  • Verify receipt of payments and permits for consistent tracking.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to foster a dependable environment.
  • Communicate effectively and complete all duties assigned by management.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and a neat, safe workspace.
  • Address customer complaints and facilitate resolutions.
