About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This is a Temporary On-Call position located in Huntsville, AL. No travel is expected, and no clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in customer service and guest relations
Must have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva and social media platforms
Experience in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including light cleaning and sanitation tasks

Responsibilities

Professionally greet visitors following security protocol - signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals
Maintain visitor and contractor control logs
Answer and route incoming phone calls, deliver messages with polite professionalism
Use Microsoft Outlook to maintain conference room calendars and send calendar invitations for events
With approval, create and publish corporate announcements to social media
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc.
Perform routine errands as needed, including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations
Execute employee morale programs such as birthday gifting, corporate giveaways, and life event gifting
Coordinate business lunches and plan corporate events
Assist with set up and tear down of on-site meetings and events
Edit and proofread documents
