The Receptionist is responsible for promoting the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers, and the surrounding community. This role actively contributes to growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members, and professionals. The Receptionist must perform all duties with a positive attitude, handle incoming telephone calls and greet guests professionally and courteously, and maintain the front desk in a neat and orderly manner. They are also responsible for responding to emergency situations, attending in-service training, responding to resident needs, updating the communication log, and maintaining community brochures.
