Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year of reception experience, preferably within a retail setting.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an administrative dealership setting and welcome customers in person.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions as needed.
  • Capability to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, and move around the facility regularly.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds safely.
  • Visual ability to adjust focus as necessary.
  • Operate equipment safely and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Leadership: Demonstrates ethical behavior and supports dealership standards to foster teamwork.
  • Compliance: Adheres to company policies, laws, and regulations, including pricing guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provides excellent service through efficient and fair processes.
  • Integrity: Maintains professionalism, avoiding conflicts of interest and representing the dealership positively.
  • Communication: Expresses issues clearly and professionally in all situations.
  • Planning and Organizing: Prioritizes tasks effectively to use time efficiently.
  • Quality: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all work.

Responsibilities

  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the dealership.
  • Greet all incoming calls and customers promptly and warmly to ensure a positive experience.
  • File receipts and permits accurately to maintain organized records and enable quick retrieval of data.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and helping improve business processes and customer service.
  • Maximize productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost control in daily operations.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate departments efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tracking of money and permits received.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability to create a dependable environment for staff and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with management and fulfill additional assigned duties as needed.
  • Demonstrate integrity and uphold the highest ethical standards personally and within the team.
  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe workplace while modeling professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and adjustments tactfully and efficiently.
