Requirements

• Switchboard experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Route calls as needed
• Take message and deliver them when required
• Greet customers and direct them to the proper person for assistance
• Assist with computer entry tasks when required
• Overall assistance managing the office
• Work close with the New Truck Sales team to support walk-in customers, truck deliveries and pick-up
• Support the General Manager with store-wide initiatives, communication, event coordination
• Other duties as assigned
