At Vallejo Hyundai, we believe the receptionist is the first impression of the dealership. We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a welcoming dealership experience.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Handle customer check-ins and dealership communications
- Assist with filing, data entry, and light office duties
