Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. This is a part time weekend position. Fridays 7am - 5pm; Saturday and Sunday 7am - 2:30pm and/or 2:30pm - 9pm JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist will answerthetelephone,screenand direct calls; greet visitors, provide information to callers; monitor visitor access andmaintainsecurity awareness.
Requirements
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant, clear voice with good enunciation; warm outgoing personality, with the ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds including those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization
Nice To Haves
- Prefer at least at least one year experience in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions
- Routes Needs Assessment and Referral calls to appropriate staff promptly. Follows proper procedure for back-up Care Calls.
