Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Must be able to travel to each location.
Nice To Haves
- Prior dental, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Comfort with patient care, electronic scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or dental/medical office software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, collect paperwork, and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for multiple providers and locations.
- Guide patients through electronic registration, insurance verification, consent forms and medical/dental history forms.
- Communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Address any questions, concerns and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Scan, file, and update patient records in the electronic health record system, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Help keep the reception area and waiting room neat and welcoming.
