The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. The receptionist also supports administrative tasks and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or similar administrative roles preferred
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency including internet navigation
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly and professionally
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate personnel or department
• Manage incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly
• Coordinate with staff to resolve questions and issues promptly
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
