The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of tasks such as answering incoming calls and directing the calls to appropriate individuals, distributing mail and packages, maintaining the flow of correspondence as well as additional clerical duties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and applicants in a friendly and professional manner and ensure they are comfortable
- Answers phones skillfully with a clear and pleasant voice
- Confirms and takes appointments
- Assists Human Resources with the application and hiring process, and maintains all documents and information in a confidential manner
- Maintains clean and presentable reception area
- Takes messages correctly and routes appropriately
- Provides directions and address for location
- Maintains basic filing and contract administration
- Provides general office support in a team oriented environment
- Maintains accurate and current office directory and phone lists
- Other duties as assigned
