Requirements

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
  • A highly motivated and self-starter attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
  • Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks.
  • Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.
  • Greet residents and visitors and provides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants
  • Schedule appointments, complete follow-up on service requests
  • File documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requested
  • Provide general administrative support to office
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned
