Requirements

• Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 10 lbs.
• High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and mail with precision, acting as the primary hub to connect customers and documents to the right departments.
• Take full ownership of office supplies and inventory, ensuring our team never misses a beat because they’re missing a tool.
• Apply your math skills and attention to detail to handle calculations—like discounts and commissions—and resolve day-to-day administrative puzzles.
• Support the Leadership team by drafting memos and coordinating various administrative projects that require a high level of accuracy and multitasking.
