About The Position

The Spa Front Desk answers phone calls promptly, greet every guest in a welcoming manner, and assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products to ensure the “Choctaw Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Brand Standards.

Requirements

  • Efficient and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Enthusiastic, and motivational.
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive payments for goods and services and account for the money. Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable.
  • Submit all paperwork and financial reporting following Choctaw policy.
  • Develop and maintain accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative repair.
  • Maintain a monthly inventory of supplies and products, when applicable.
  • Become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate with members or guests.
  • Greet each guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
  • Assist members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers.
  • Use time throughout shift by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory. Ensure coverage when it’s necessary to leave the area.
  • Inform co-worker(s) of important information at the end of the shift. Maintain and update staff communication book.
  • Inform facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
