About The Position

Legacy Nursing and Rehab of Bryan is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receptionist to join our team! This position supports the daily financial and administrative operations of the facility while ensuring excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma preferred
• Clerical, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Processing payments and maintaining financial records
• Preparing and depositing funds for the Business Office Manager (BOM)
• Managing Resident Trust Fund accounts and reconciliations
• Ordering office supplies
• Distributing mail to departments and residents
• Preparing quarterly resident trust fund statements
• Maintaining organized financial documentation
• Assisting residents and families with trust fund questions
• Supporting daily office operations
