About The Position

The Receptionist assists and greets customers by answering phone calls, providing appropriate information promptly and courteously. Schedules appointments by phone or in person and provides excellent customer service. Administrative support as indicated.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred
