This role requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and a background in customer service, along with switchboard and multiple phone line experience, excellent computer skills (Word and Excel), strong communication skills, organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. The position offers a flexible schedule.
