Receptionist
About The Position
Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. As Wisconsin's largest dealership, Bergstrom Automotive is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering team member growth. This role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, providing administrative support, maintaining the front desk area, and collaborating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The schedule includes Monday-Friday afternoons/evenings and occasional Saturdays, with pay ranging from $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturday work.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
- Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
