About The Position
Provo Canyon School is a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth who may be dealing with emotional, behavioral or academic challenges. We work with boys and girls, ages 13 through 17. To learn more please visit www.provocanyon.com
Requirements
- MUST be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screen
- Acceptable oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain information as highly confidential and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred
- Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school
Responsibilities
- Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
- Flexible work schedule; availability for evening, weekend, and holidays
- Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
- Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift
- Collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage
- Order and maintain office and visit room supplies
