About The Position

As a Receptionist, you'll greet and assist all visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. You will answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and deliver messages promptly. You will manage front desk operations and communication systems to support smooth daily workflow. You will respond to inquiries and resolve basic questions or complaints via phone, email, and written correspondence. You will coordinate scheduling and usage of meeting rooms. You will receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and packages. You will provide administrative support including transcription, printing, copying, and faxing. You will monitor, manage, and submit office supply and breakroom inventory needs and related expenses. You will assist with planning, setup, and cleanup for office meetings and events. You will work efficiently in a paperless environment and accurately document all work in the firm’s systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized and resourceful, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accurate typing skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Active and attentive listener
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, scheduling, and managing multiple responsibilities
