About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening May 2026 and is seeking a Receptionist to receive incoming hospital calls and direct walk-in visitors. This role also provides clerical support to other departments as directed. The hospital features 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate.
• Provides clerical support to other Departments, as directed.
