About The Position
Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a 186-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Receptionist to work on an as-needed basis. The role involves evening shifts from 4pm-8pm and rotating weekend shifts from 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm. The facility emphasizes a team-centered culture and offers career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type and use general office equipment is required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Proper telephone etiquette and ability to operate multiline telephone system desired
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Answers multi line phone
- Monitors entrances and fire alarms
- Performs clerical tasks
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area
