The Receptionist is responsible for answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls to the corporate, area, or division office, accurately ascertaining the nature of each inquiry. This role also involves greeting visitors, determining their business, and connecting them with the appropriate Republic Services' department or individual. Additionally, the Receptionist handles incoming mail, composes routine correspondence, files records, manages the central inventory of security badges, and orders building supplies under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times is crucial, along with performing other assigned job-related duties.
