The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, following emergency procedures, and ensuring strict confidentiality. This role requires excellent customer service, collaboration, flexibility, initiative, and a professional demeanor. The position involves operating the switchboard and paging system, greeting and directing visitors, managing communications, mail, and packages, coordinating meal requests, performing clerical tasks, and monitoring the lobby and dining areas for safety and cleanliness. The receptionist must ensure compliance with resident rights and complete additional duties as assigned per facility policies.
