Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings using company calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized fashion.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
