Receptionist - Part-Time
About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. The Receptionist answers switchboard calls and directs callers promptly to the appropriate staff members, greets and directs walk-in customers, and provides a positive customer experience. The role also supports dealership employees and performs clerical and office supply duties. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The position pays $18–$20 per hour. The company describes itself as a growing automotive dealership group affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide. Requirements
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English clearly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Record messages and deliver them to the proper individual.
- Redirect phone calls accordingly.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
- Assist dealership employees as needed.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties.
- Order necessary office supplies.
