We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide front-desk support in our outpatient endoscopy center one day per week. This position is responsible for patient check-in, answering incoming calls, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining an organized and professional reception area. The receptionist must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in a confidential healthcare setting. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality, communicates effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff, and is comfortable answering multi-line phone calls, collecting copayments or patient payments, and performing basic data entry. Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in a clinical environment are essential.
