The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing professional and courteous service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently direct phone calls and visitors to the appropriate departments. Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
  • Direct visitors and incoming calls to the appropriate staff or departments
  • Handle inbound phone inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate customer questions and concerns with relevant team members
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
