Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
• Knowledge of Computer Applications
• Positive guest relations demeanor
• Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures
• 8-day Mandatory New Hire Orientation from 8a-4p.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clinical Assessments
• Coordinate visitation procedures with families and kids compliantly.
• Handle light typing and clerical duties.
• Customer Service; Phone-Switchboard Operations
