Receptionist/Veterinary Technician/Patient Care Associate
About The Position
Kaibab Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Receptionist/Veterinary Technician/Patient Care Associate to join their team. This is a cross-trained role where team members are proficient in multiple areas, offering the opportunity to build a diverse skill set and make an impact throughout the hospital. The clinic is an AAHA-accredited practice with five doctors, dedicated to exceptional patient care and a supportive team culture. They treat a wide range of patients from large dogs to pocket pets and offer services including wellness care, surgery, laser therapy, ozone therapy, rehabilitation, nutritional consultations, and behavioral care. The team values authenticity, personal growth, and a positive work environment.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous veterinary experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities
- Work across reception, veterinary technician, and patient care responsibilities based on the needs of the hospital
- Create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets
- Assist veterinarians and fellow team members with patient care and clinical procedures
- Support efficient communication and workflow throughout the hospital
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for patients, clients, and teammates
- Continue developing your skills through hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-training
