Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist / Sales Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in communicating with potential and existing customers development and implementation of marketing strategies, manage sales data, and coordinate various marketing and sales activities. Join our team at The Marketing Center as an Inbound and outbound administrator and appointment Setter and play a vital role in our sales operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
  • Polite, professional phone voice

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential clients
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to secure appointments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies
  • Actively listen to clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Adapt to feedback and implement best practices for appointment setting
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry
