About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its growing team. We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a sales or business operations environment. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in keeping the team efficient, organized, and focused on driving revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy
  • Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for sales representatives
  • Track leads, customer communications, and sales activity
  • Generate basic sales reports and assist with data analysis
  • Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Ensure customer files and documentation are organized and compliant
  • Support onboarding paperwork for new sales hires when needed
  • Assist with event preparation, trade shows, or sales meetings
