About The Position

The Sales Administrator is a highly visible, cross-functional role that directly supports revenue generation and commercial execution. This individual partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate order processing, CRM integrity, and actionable reporting that drives strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, client service, and commercial operations within a fast-growing global life sciences organization. You will play a key role in supporting sales performance while helping optimize internal systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting functions.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience generating and analyzing sales performance reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end order processing within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Review and validate pricing, contracts, and quotation alignment prior to order release.
  • Proactively manage open quotations and pending opportunities to support timely revenue conversion.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts, contracts, and opportunity records.
  • Generate biweekly and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel.
  • Support forecasting activities and provide analytical insights to commercial leadership.
  • Assist with Salesforce configuration updates including field edits, workflows, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new Salesforce users within the commercial team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
